Snickerdoodles

 Ingredients

Cup of butter

2 3/4 cup of flour

cup

tsp of vanilla

.5 cup of sugar

2 tsp cinnamon

2 tsp of cream of tartar

tsp baking soda

2 eggs 

Salt (to taste)

                                                             Plan of Attack

Preheat oven to 350

Cream butter, sugar, vanilla and eggs together

Mix flour, baking soda, salt, cream of tartar and baking soda together.

Combine ingredients

Roll balls of cookie dough and then roll in a pile of cinnamon/sugar

Place on parchment lined baking sheet. Cook for 9-11 minutes.

Cool and serve with vanilla ice cream.
