We're involved in bringing healing and joy through movement to a variety of populations
Under Melia Marzollos's Mentorship we're bringing Pilates to the Hudson Valley.
Currently we're specializing in the jump board (Pilates's answer to cardio), Teenagers, and Senior Springs (Pilates for those aging gracefully).
We're available to teach, privates, duets and tower classes on request.
Melia and her husband, Dave Marzollo, run several music/yoga festivals, which are enlightening and special.
Oldies but Goodies
You should always be at home in your bones and muscles.
Currently we're offering, with local recreation departments, chair fitness classes that incorporate movement principles and every kind of dance modality.
